New ceramic tile on the 1st floor!These moderately priced apartments are available for SEASONAL rentals (Friday Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day ) April, May and June Proms and September weekends (Fireman's and Irish weekend).
There are one & two Bedroom units to rent for the season ---don't let them slip away!!!

Max's Island House is an apartment building. There are 1 bdr units that that sleep 4-6 people and larger 2 bedroom apartments that sleep 6-8 people.

Each unit has new Central Air Conditioners with Heat and a Color TV. Most units have bunk beds (twin and full-size) or full size beds. All units have been recently painted and have brand new wall to wall carpeting. Each unit has its own kitchen and bathroom. There is a coin operated washer and dryer for tenant use on location. Please bring your own linens (bedding and towels).

You are within walking distance of everything Wildwood has to offer... the Beach, Boards, Bars, etc.
Max's Island House is located at 235 E Garfield Avenue, just off Atlantic Avenue, across the street from the Pink Cadillac Dinner and just a couple of blocks from the New Convention Center. We are located between two of the best Amusement Piers, near the Ferris Wheel and very close to all of the water slides.

The "Sand Arena" for the "Monsters on the Beach" is located on Garfield Avenue. On Friday nights you can see the fireworks from the front decks. The Shamrock and Juan Pablo's (the NEW Margarita Bar and Mexican restaurant) are just right around the corner.
